1) Scope & Acceptance
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of m2globe.com (the “Website”) and any advisory, application, admission, scholarship, language-prep, visa assistance, relocation, or related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
1.2. By using the Website, booking a consultation, signing an order form/proposal, paying an invoice, or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (together, the “Agreement”).
1.3. If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent/guardian must contract for you.
2) What We Do (and Don’t Do)
2.1. Advisory services. We provide educational counselling, shortlisting of universities/programs in Russia, guidance on scholarship opportunities, documentation checklists, timeline planning, and general guidance on visa/arrival formalities.
2.2. Not a university or government body. We are not a university, scholarship awarding body, or immigration authority. We do not issue offers, visas, or scholarships and we cannot guarantee admission, scholarship awards, visa approvals, timelines, seats, or outcomes—these are determined by third parties.
2.3. No legal/immigration representation. Any visa information we share is general and sourced from public guidance. We do not provide regulated immigration or legal services unless explicitly stated in a separate engagement with a licensed professional.
3) Client Responsibilities
3.1. Accuracy. You must provide complete, current, and accurate information and documents, and promptly update us about any changes (e.g., new passports, exam scores, disciplinary issues).
3.2. Deadlines. You are responsible for meeting university/embassy deadlines. If you delay, outcomes may be impacted.
3.3. Original work. Statements of purpose, essays, and portfolios must be your own, truthful work. We may edit for clarity but will not author misrepresentative content.
3.4. Compliance. You must comply with all laws (e.g., sanctions/export controls, anti-bribery, academic integrity) and third-party policies (universities, testing bodies, embassies).
3.5. Communication. Keep an active email/phone/WhatsApp reachable for time-sensitive steps (interviews, apostille/legalization, medicals, insurance, travel).
4) Service Framework & Deliverables
4.1. Order Form. The Services you purchase, phases/milestones, and fees are described in a written Order Form/Proposal (including package level) accepted by you (signature, e-signature, email confirmation, or payment).
4.2. Typical components (as applicable):
(a) program & university shortlist; (b) document checklist & templates; (c) portfolio/essay editing; (d) application submissions (where permitted); (e) scholarship mapping & application guidance; (f) basic visa guidance & document prep; (g) pre-departure brief; (h) onboarding support after arrival (limited to guidance).
4.3. Third-Party Platforms. You may need to create accounts on university portals, government sites, test centers, and pay their fees directly. We cannot access or control those systems.
4.4. Language training. If included, we provide or arrange Russian/English language prep via in-house or partner providers subject to their terms.
5) Fees, Payments & Refunds
5.1. Fees & taxes. Prices are specified in the Order Form/invoice, exclusive of applicable taxes and third-party charges (university application fees, courier, medicals, legalization, insurance, flights, housing deposits, translations).
5.2. When due. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due upon receipt; late amounts may accrue interest at the legal maximum permitted. We may pause Services if invoices are overdue.
5.3. Refund policy.
(a) Initial assessment/consultation: refundable if you cancel in writing within 7 calendar days and before we start substantive work (e.g., shortlist, document review).
(b) Advisory/application phases: once we commence the specific phase (shortlisting, editing, portal creation, submission, scholarship filing), the fee for that phase becomes non-refundable.
(c) Outcome-contingent requests: admission/visa/scholarship outcomes are outside our control; no refunds are issued for third-party refusals or delays.
(d) Bundle packages: partial refunds are not available for unused components once the bundle has commenced unless we materially fail to deliver that component and cannot cure within a reasonable period.
(e) Any agreed refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation.
5.4. Chargebacks. Initiating an unjustified chargeback is a material breach. We may suspend services and pursue collection.
6) Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows
6.1. You may reschedule confirmed sessions once with ≥24 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations/no-shows may be deemed delivered.
6.2. We may reschedule for cause (illness, system outages, force majeure) with prompt notice.
7) Scholarships, Admissions & Visa Disclaimers
7.1. No guarantees. Selection criteria and timelines are set by universities and authorities and may change without notice.
7.2. Merit & quota variability. Seats, quotas, tuition, stipends, and housing availability vary by year, program, and applicant profile.
7.3. Document authenticity. You are solely responsible for the authenticity of your documents. Any fraud voids our obligations and may be reported to relevant bodies.
8) Housing & Arrival
8.1. Where we provide guidance or introductions to dorms/landlords, arrangements are directly between you and the housing provider; deposits, rules, and liabilities are theirs.
8.2. We are not responsible for landlord actions, utility outages, travel disruptions, or customs/immigration decisions.
9) Sanctions & Export-Control Compliance
9.1. You confirm you (and any payer/beneficiary) are not subject to sanctions and will not use our Services in breach of applicable sanctions/export-control laws (including EU, UK, US, UN, and relevant local regimes).
9.2. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate Services where providing them would breach or risk breaching such laws.
10) Website Use & Intellectual Property
10.1. License. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10.2. IP ownership. All Website content (text, graphics, logos, videos, templates) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
10.3. User content. If you submit testimonials, reviews, photos, or success stories, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display them (including your first name/initial, city, university, program) for marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy.
10.4. Prohibited use. You agree not to (a) attempt to breach security; (b) scrape or harvest data; (c) upload malware; (d) infringe IP; (e) use the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
11) Third-Party Links & Tools
11.1. The Website may link to third-party sites/tools (university portals, payment gateways, messengers). We are not responsible for their content, availability, fees, security, or practices. Your use is at your risk and subject to their terms.
12) Data Protection & Communications
12.1. Privacy. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.
12.2. Records. You authorize us to store your documents for application purposes and regulatory compliance.
12.3. Messaging. You consent to being contacted via email, phone, WhatsApp/Telegram/SMS for service updates. You may opt out of marketing at any time.
13) Warranties & Disclaimers
13.1. As-is. Except as expressly stated, the Services and the Website are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13.2. Information only. Website content is general information; it is not legal, immigration, or tax advice. Regulations change; always verify current requirements with official sources.
14) Liability
14.1. No indirect damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of opportunity, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
14.2. Cap. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 6 months preceding the event.
14.3. Time limit. Any claim must be brought within 12 months after the cause of action accrues.
14.4. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., fraud, willful misconduct).
15) Force Majeure
15.1. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (including war, epidemic, cyberattack, natural disaster, sanctions shifts, government action, or system outages). Time for performance is extended accordingly.
16) Term, Suspension & Termination
16.1. The Agreement remains in force while you use the Website/Services.
16.2. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, suspected fraud, unpaid invoices, or legal/sanctions risk.
16.3. On termination, accrued rights survive (payments due, IP, confidentiality, limitations of liability).
17) Confidentiality
17.1. We will keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver the Services, except where disclosure is required by law or with your consent.
18) Changes to the Terms
18.1. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised “Effective date.” Material changes will be highlighted for a reasonable period. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: New Delhi, India.
19.1. Amicable resolution. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days before litigation.
20) Consumer Rights
20.1. If mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country apply, they prevail over conflicting parts of these Terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
21) Miscellaneous
21.1. Entire agreement. The Agreement (including Order Form, Privacy/Cookie Policies) is the entire agreement and supersedes prior communications.
21.2. Assignment. You may not assign the Agreement without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or acquirer.
21.3. Severability. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
21.4. No waiver. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
21.5. Notices. Legal notices to support@m2globe.com (or as updated on the Website).
